Fabric Sourcing & GSM Control
Fabric comes into our facility as raw knitted rolls. Before we cut a single pattern, every roll goes through a weight check, a fiber composition test, and a pre-shrink wash.
Bespoke Cut & Sew Construction
We don't print on generic wholesale blanks. Every pattern piece is cut to your own CAD measurements, then sewn with 4-needle flatlock and twin-needle coverstitching for a structured drape.
AQL 2.5 Quality Audit & Dispatch
Before anything gets polybagged, certified QC inspectors check thread tension, size accuracy (within half a centimeter), needle holes, and print curing. From there, it ships globally via DHL Express.
